Chronio has AI built into the app, and it connects to your own Claude or ChatGPT. Every path only ever writes the records you sign off on, and none of it watches your screen.
Tell the planning assistant what you want, "learn Turkish cooking in six weeks", "get back to strength training". It asks a few questions about where you're starting and the time you have, then drafts a Pillar, a Goal, an Activity and a week-by-week Program. You approve before anything is created, and every step can be undone.
Open Chronio, hit "Log by voice", and talk, or paste a note if that's easier. It maps what you said onto your own activities, handles both time ("45 minutes of Spanish") and counts ("20 push-ups"), and shows you the rows to check. Nothing is logged until you confirm.
Connect Chronio to your own Claude or ChatGPT through MCP. If you've already connected a fitness tracker, a calendar, or a career tool to that AI, Chronio doesn't need its own connection to any of them. Your AI does the reading. Chronio only receives what you, or your AI on your behalf, decide to write.
It orchestrates: pulling from whatever else you've connected and writing the result here. Chronio only ever sees what it's asked to do, never your other apps' raw data.
Pillars and goals you create, time entries you log or approve, and resources you save. Whether it came from a tap, your voice, the assistant or the connector, it's still only what you signed off on.
Screen recordings, keystrokes, browser history, or raw data from any other app you've connected elsewhere. It was built without ever needing to ask.
